Matt meets with your key stakeholders to understand the business, the objectives, and what's driving the engagement.
Technical deep dive
A closer session with your technical resources to fully understand the environment, the systems, and the root cause of any issues.
Internal review
Findings are reviewed internally against best practice, risk, and your business priorities before anything is proposed.
Solution design & proposal
A tailored solution design is put forward, covering the recommended approach, timeline, and cost, for you to review and approve.
Implementation
Once approved, delivery is led personally by Matt and supported by TCA's network of specialist consultants and partner companies as the project requires.
Review, handover & sign-off
A final review confirms everything works as intended, handover documentation is provided, and the engagement is formally signed off with you.

I'm an executive technology and operations leader with more than 34 years' experience across banking, private equity, and multinational organisations in Southeast Asia and the UK, including over 20 years at C-level as CTO, CIO, COO, and Director of IT & Infrastructure. I've built my career on enterprise technology strategy, data centre operations, infrastructure modernisation, and digital transformation.
I specialise in cybersecurity, IT governance, and high-availability environments, including networking, firewalls, virtualisation, co-location, and mission-critical banking systems. Over three decades I've built and hardened enterprise networks, run VMware estates, standardised Microsoft infrastructure across regions, and overseen the ERP and business software platforms that keep organisations running.
I founded TCA to bring that board-level experience directly to organisations that need it: advising on IT strategy, infrastructure optimisation, cybersecurity posture, and organisational transformation, and drawing on our partner network whenever a project needs more hands on deck.
